College Fair 2027  is scheduled for March 31, 2027 at the Hurst Conference Center.

Registration for students from IB schools in Texas will open in February, 2027.

​​

Registration for colleges and universities wishing to attend the college fair will open in early October, 2026.  Please put our date on your calendar.  

​

Our last college fair (2026) attracted 129 universities from the United States and twelve other countries.  Almost 2,000 IB Diploma Programme students from 35 high schools located across the state of Texas participated in the fair.

The Texas IB Schools Virtual College Fair can be accessed at www.texasibcollegefair.com

​​

• Texas IB Schools in partnership with the Texas Council for International Studies  created a virtual college fair sponsored by Johns Hopkins University Office of Admissions, and The University of Texas at Austin, and Southern Methodist University.

• At the fair, IB students will find messages from universities recorded just for IB students with information about the university and IB specific information. IB students will also be able to access the university website and to join university admissions mailing lists.

• Students should click on the university logo for the special IB message and on “admissions” under the logo to go to the university website.
